My Reviews
No plot, no point....
We all felt he should have focused more on his own children that he left at home for months at a time.
Our book club agreed it was interesting and informative; just abit too scientific.
We all enjoyed this book- a sweet tale. We agreed we'd give it 3.5 stars.
We all enjoyed this sweet southern story- makes you want to live in the gentile south. Makes you reflect on appreciating what you have today instead of wishing for something better to come along tomorrow.
A book that you don't think you'll like, and you and everyone you know ends up loving it! Fast, adrenaline pumping plot.
Our club all agreed he author did a great job of relaying the facts with objectivity. He didn't let his feelings get in the way.
We found that the media had mis-informed the public on many things.
Very interesting.
We liked it well enough. There were just too many characters and it just plodded along.
Yet, another dog book. Although the perspective of the dog was different. Several of our members admitted to crying, which led to the discussion of whether it should get a higher rating for having suppossedly "moved" you, even if you really didn't "like" the whole book that much.... The racing analygies were overdone.... We can't figure out why it's such a popular club pick....
We all felt strongly that his book wasa solid 4-5 sars until the very end; everthing takes an unbelievable nose dive.
