The Sugar Frosted Nutsack: A Novel by Mark Leyner
Pointless, Difficult, Confusing
The Sugar Frosted NutsackThe premise behind the book's story was promising, but the book itself was an endless circle of confusion. I felt that I was reading in circles (or spirals) and as there was no enjoyment for me from the reading and the "story" was so hard to find, I found I just wanted to throw the book across the room and pick up something better. It was so confusing and difficult that our members couldn't finish the book and it didn't provide a good discussion at our book club meeting. It is not one I would recommend to anyone and actually ranks for me as the worst book I have ever read.
