My Reviews
I simply loved this book. I am also an animal lover, especially of dogs. This book shed a new light on what a true animal lover really is. Very well written and hilarious, sad, inspiring, motivating and compassionate. A great read with a lot of interesting facts about the breed and some of the challenges some owners may face.
This is a great book that has changed the way I feel as a woman in what is sometimes called a mans world. This lets all women know how important they are in the eyes of our Lord and Savior. Eve's choice is explained in great detail and helps us understand that she was supposed to partake of the forbidden fruit. If not for her, we wouldn't all have these awesome lives we now enjoy.
I enjoyed this book. I don't usually like the romance books because I feel if you read 1 you have read them all :/ I love the Nicolas Sparks books and this one was especially good. We had a good discussion in our book club and everyone seemed to like it.
If it wouldn't have been one of our selections for Book Club I wouldn't have finished it...It took a long time to get the story moving along and then it was stagnant. I didn't like the book. I can see where this could happen in real life but it was a very boring read.
Tried reading this because it was a new author. At 1st I had read 5 chapters before I could stop reading. As it went on it was still interesting but then it was a little cheesy for me. I don't usually read romance and wasn't interested in all the gushy stuff ;) It was listed as a "Thrilling Christian Fiction Mystery Romance"! I feel like it was a Christian Romance with Mystery. It was a let down to find out what her "BIG" secret was that she had been hiding.
I am now reading the 2nd book by this author "The Devil's Game" and I am at Chapter 9. So far I like it.
