This was the only book of the "Prey"series that anyone in the group had read. I think the premise was very good and could have been an exciting story to follow, but the storyline was slow and not gripping. It wasn't a bad read and maybe we would have enjoyed it better if we had read some of the others.
None of the members of our group liked this book. It was very light and easy reading (the only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of one) but nothing about this book was believable. The "mystery" was lame and we had nothing to discuss at all. I have not read any of this authors previous works, but this book left us all disappointed. Will not read any more of this author's other works.
