Running the Rift

The title prepared me for potential conflict but my expectations for personal and cultural conflict were exceeded. Very enlightening material in describing the human nature of individuals and cultures in response to the environment.

Whistling Past the Graveyard

It was a good portrayal of the sixties and racial tension without drawing on guilt. It made me marvel again at the level of thought process and learning we all experience and how events force us to grow up!
