Definitely a girl book
Great teen read. The characters are well developed and go through some major changes. Happy ending, but not for all.

The teens are obsessive about this book series!Even the teens who initially were on the fence about this book now absolutely love it. And the teens who pushed for the group to read it, go online and discuss the book, and are fanatical in their devotion to the book and the characters.
