My Reviews
I read the whole series in 4 days. Fast paced and addictive!
This book was interesting as half of us really liked it while the other half did not. In any case, we all felt really strongly about the book.
I was hooked right off the bat & Udall kept my attention the whole way through.
It took me about 100 pages to really get into it, but when I did I couldn't put it down and I was really affected by the end.
Sometimes Elizabeth Gilbert is a bit much, but for the most part I enjoyed her journey. Italy is fantastic, India is a little slow but it picks back up for love.
We just didn't care.
I didn't want to read this book because I generally hate mainstream books, but I really enjoyed the Help. In fact, I couldn't put it down.
Louie's story is amazing and Hillenbrand does a fantastic job of keeping the flow so that it does not become to much like a history book. Really makes you appreciate what you have in life.
Only two people in our group finished this book. It was so slow and the characters were not very likable.
Thoroughly enjoyed this and felt totally swept away. Genuinely sad when there was no more to read.
