This book shows how the author and her siblings overcame having the most dysfuntional parents, and as a family helped each other through life.

The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini
 
Insightful, Dramatic, Brilliant
Excellent book that takes you into the lives of two Afghani boys who grow up in very different circumstances.

A story of friendship and betrayal and redemption between the characters in the book. A fast paced book that drew you into the characters and had so many twists and turns to keep you guessing.
An excellent read that I really enjoyed.
