The writing is simple and it's a quick read, but the topics are complex and you won't want to put the book down. Each chapter leaves you wanting a little more and to know where Katniss is going to end up next. The spirit of rebellion and love run through out the novel and you are left wondering how a young girl will deal with these complex concepts.
