My Reviews

Fun, Pointless, Graphic
This book is more about zombies than Christmas.

This is not your typical Christmas story. It's humorous, ridiculous, and extremely graphic. We're talking zombies killing people and eating their brains. Was definitely not my taste, but made for a lively discussion at book club.

My new favorite book

Time travel that sounds feasible. Was so exciting I had trouble putting it down.

Inspiring story

Loved this story, but there was a lot of info in the book that was not necessary. I just wanted to get to the nitty-gritty of the boy's account of heaven. I understand why the dad wrote it this way, but felt like some of it was just "filler" to make a long-enough book.

Awesome Trilogy

Was hooked as soon I started the first book. Don't let the # of pages fool you, these are fast reads. Absolutely loved the first and second books. Book 3 was a bit depressing, but full of action and surprises.

Unconventional mystery

This was my first Picoult read and I was quite impressed. I enjoyed hearing the story from different character views. She did a great job of blending a mystery into the story too. The ending kind of left me hanging, but it was a face-paced, interesting book.

Divergent- great dystopian novel

If you liked the Hunger Games, you will certainly love this book. Almost 600 hundred pages and I read it in 3 days. The story is exciting and moves swiftly. Can\'t wait to read the next 2 books.

Loved it!

I personally fell in love with this book, but our book club members were mixed. Some loved it, others thought it was slow or too wordy.

Intriguing story line with lost of twists

This murder mystery caught my attention right away and sustained my interest to the very end. The flashbacks were quite confusing at first, but offered great insight into the different characters.

Engrossing read

This story drew me in and I was sad when it ended. The book is well-written and I fell in love with the characters. There's a touch of mystery, adventure, and the struggle for survival.
