My Reviews
Absorbing story. When moral issues are involved in a book, it always makes for a lively and interesting discussion. This book proved that to be true.
As in Kahaled Hosseini's previous two books, the writing was wonderful. It would be helpful to jot down the characters as you read because the books jumps from decade to decade and from character to character. Well worth the effort and it resulted in a good discussion.
This book generated a very good discussion. Some people found it a bit confusing in the beginning, but things were clarified along the way. A powerful story and reminder of the things people went through during the holocaust.
