This book can be as deep as the reader wants it to be. On the surface, it a love story between a tragic heroine and a PERFECT man. If the reader wants to turn it into a metaphor for a PERFECT LOVE and mankind, it fits beautifully.
This book was entertaining and thought provoking. The premise, losing one's memory for 10 years, gives me pause to reflect on my own life. Where was I 10 years ago and what will I be like in the future? Good summer time read.
While I don't usually read this genre of book, it quickly got me intrigued. It was a compelling story of individuals dealing with a horrific event. Just when I thought I had figured it out, there was a twist that I did not see coming.
This book reminds me of a really intense episode of a modern crime show. Just when I thought I knew where the plot was going, it took a surprising turn of events! I had not read this author before and now I am going to read more of her books.

Imagine a world polluted by sin and its inhabitants trapped by that sin. That is the idea behind this book. The reader learns how the human spirit handles and yet in some cases even surpasses the evil that is all around them. Amazing book about the resislance of the human spirit.
