Confusing, Interesting, Insightful
Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close

I loved the boy in the story. He was so inquinsitive. Some parts were unbelievable. What Mom lets her 12 year old wander the streets of NY City? The grandparents were strange and I was confused about their story.

Reading about Suzanne's adventures on her trip was exciting. Each day was a different challenge, sore knees, lack of food and conflicting personalities. It inspired me to dust off my pack and hit the trail.
