Beautiful book about life long friendships, family, and love. Couldn't put this book down, and have now read it twice. I NEVER read a book twice! Loved it!
This book was an easy read, but a bit of a downer. I understand the writer was trying to convey teenage turmoil and self doubt.....but it seemed she went to extremes to do so! After a while.....you just want the main character to get a grip and get on with it!
Very good story from a struggling parents' point of view.

I wasn't particularly looking forward to this book from the description of it that I had read. Started reading it and almost immediately got hooked and really enjoyed the read. It is not one I would have picked for myself to read......one of the reasons I am so happy to be part of a book club.
Very well written, good read. Easy to follow and very enjoyable.
