My Reviews
I really enjoyed this book. It was an easy read, flowed well and the topic was extremely interesting and eye-opening.
This book was cute and fun. Not great but not terrible.
Interesting take on the relationship between sisters. Also it is written from the perspective of all the sisters so this makes a little different. It was a quick read and too heavy.
This book was quick read and had detailed imagery. Set in the 1660's in Delft (Netherlands) about how the famous painter Johannes Vermeer comes to paint his maid and her infatuation with him.
This is a quick read. This \\\'future society\\\' book is a little dark at times but overall has pretty good character development. Since this is a series type book, the end was more predictable. I will read the next book though.
I liked this book. At times I had to put it down as it was hard to read how the slaves were treated at times. Also, toward the end I felt myself wanting something to happen because you knew it was coming. But all in all it was good.
This book was well written. You were drawn into the characaters and wanted to keep reading to find out more about the characters.
I did not love the ending but appreciate how the author really took over your mind.
This book goes back and forth in time with each chapter. At first I was not sure if I liked it but I did. It is better on audio as the narrator helps with some one back and forth, etc between the charactes. It is not fabulous but it is better than some.
