When chosen for our next read many members were skeptical of the choice however when you start reading it was very well written very well research to the point that you are unsure of what is fact what is fiction. So many of the members began to do their own Lincoln research to be able to differentiate the two. All of the members loved the book despite their initial feelings
I didn't find it very interesting. The writer is very descriptive. I felt I was reading a script (the book was turned into a movie). There was a lot of unnecessary back story provided. the ending is very insightful. A decent crime drama.
I don\\\\\\\'t mind long books I enjoy them however it was 300 pages before it became semi interesting. It\\\\\\\'s ok for a personal reading but other book club members may lose focus.
