I was disappointed when I read this book. It did not make me laugh out loud as promised in the reviews. My book club girlfriends agreed that it was dull and that it told the story of an average modern day girl!

This is one of my all time top ten favorite books. A must read. Great for book club discussion. Very moving.

This book reads like fiction. An amazing glimpse into a unbelievable story of family and survival.

I found this book well written with a good flow, although I have to admit it was somewhat predictable.
