My Reviews
The storyline includes a fictional tale of the character's journey into Summerland – the author's version of Heaven – and then hell. The book did have some interesting parts. But there was a huge section detailing Summerland. And the description of the character's Heaven is not what I believe it to be. Therefore, personally I couldn't get past that to truly enjoy his detailed description of it. Aside from the clash in beliefs, the other sections were interesting.
The book was a beautiful romance story, from Italy to the United States.
In this autobiography, the author takes us through her adventurous life in poverty. Through both the good and bad times. And then being able to rise above it.
"Gone Girl" is an interesting read about a marriage that has taken a spiral downturn. The book kept me intrigued throughout.
