Very business. I really liked it but not light reading. Deep thought into strategy and competition, and how to truly gain and maintain a competitive advantage. Strategic thinking and planning.
For business / management dorks this is the best and easiest read that I never get tired of or can read enough. Should be mandatory reading for "knowledge workers". Drucker's views on management and business insight is simple and brilliant.
Good book. Great reminder of how the little things and your attitude effect yourself and those you come in contact with. Inspires to be positive and thankful.
Very good but not for everyone. Insight into ineffectiveness of trying to be everything to everyone and why the truly great learn to be great at something, excel at something, and be average at the rest. Learn to accept trade-offs and tell some people No.
