Pi Patel takes readers on an incredible journey of survival as he withstands amazing odds and triumphs over being shipwrecked and left for dead.Great book, a really fun read!

Insightful, Dramatic, Brilliant
An outstanding story of a boy, his friend, and his father. Dramatic dynamics abound -- unconditional love, forgiveness, reconciliation, and hope. A masterpiece!The Kite Runner was WONDERFUL! It has it's moments of sadness, but the readers' perseverance is HIGHLY rewarded with an astounding story that ties up all its loose ends with poignancy and beauty. A must-read!
Moloka'i: A Novel by Alan Brennert
Informative, Inspiring, Interesting
This is the story of a young girl who is diagnosed with leprosy & is removed from her family and forced into exile on the island of Moloka'i.Excellent book! Wonderful story of triumph in the most dire of circumstances. Rachel is a heroine throughout her life on Moloka'i. Unpredictable story that draws you in immediately. Strong father-figure is refreshing. I've read this book multiple times, and everyone to whom I recommed it LOVES it! Enjoy!
