My Reviews
It was very confusing to read. The author wants a change in her life, but she doesn\\\'t take any of the suggestions given to her by her close friends. She travels under depression mode. She tries hard to accept new life styles, but she is still not sure about them. At the end, she is completely unconvincing of her life changing spirituality. Interesting yet the author complains too much. Excellent to discuss in a book club for sure!
I loved everything about this book, beginning to end had be captivated! Adventurous, romantic, well arranged, and best of all excellent cliff hanger! Looking forward for the second book!
It was an interesting read. Dark, suspense, addictive because you want to find out what eventually happens with the husband and everyone else who is hopeful. But then \\\\\\\"Stockholm Syndrome\\\\\\\" begins to kick in with him. I wanted it to have a different ending. However, now thinking back, there couldn\\\\\\\'t be a happy ending, because both Amy and Nick, are adrenaline junkies, a natural rush \\\\\\\"drug\\\\\\\" for writers. After being exposed to a higher level of stress, they will always go back to it.
Overall, I like the book. I do recommend it to others. Good discussions on sociopaths...
