The story started off good and very interesting but then it got very slow. Too descriptive. This book could have been cut in half and it would have been a good read.
Loved this story from beginning to end. Beautifully written, very captivating. Great read.
The sections of the book where the author discusses Julia Child's like was very interesting. I didn't care much for the style of writing or how the author wrote about her own experiences in regards to Julia. It was a little boring to read. I think I would have enjoyed it more if it was a biography.
I loved this book. It was addicting from beginning to end. The author has you guessing as to what is fact and fiction. After reading it, it will have you thinking that maybe there are vampires out there...

Very insightful novel on the transgender community. Leads to many questions on a personal level thus makes for a great book club read.
Started off a little slow but eventually picked up and became very addicting. Best way to describe it is like an emotional roller coaster. Some passages are very graphic and detailed but is necessary for the overall emotion of the book. Highly recommend.
