Very well written epic story of one man's life in the days of early America. Insightful, thoughtful, philosophical, political views of life then. I found it long and drawn out in too many places. I skim read the last half.

This book is only for those of a conservative viewpoint that chose to agree with the inflammatory rhetoric that fills the pages. Quoting FOX News and one's own previously published book gives no support or credit to the arguments made. Written to cause fear and worry with no solutions offered.
