My Reviews
The Last Runaway: A Novel by Tracy Chevalier
Book Club Recommended
Interesting, Slow, Informative
The Last RunawayI do enjoy Tracy Chevalier's style of writing and being a fan of historical novels liked the way she took her interest in the Quaker religion, the town of Oberlin and its place in the underground railway, quilting in England and America and created some interesting characters to live in this time.
Me Before You: A Novel by Jojo Moyes
Book Club Recommended
Insightful, Inspiring, Beautiful
Me Before YouAn interesting topic and well-developed characters. Well written, moves at a good pace. A serious topic to discuss.
Orphan Train by Christina Baker Kline
Book Club Recommended

Orphan TrainA topic not known to me - I appreciated Kline's terrific research and how she chose to develop her characters in different decades and then bring them together.
