Beautiful story told in the voice of a beloved family dog.

I really enjoyed this book! What a fun, fresh perspective - telling the story from the dog\'s point of view. A fast read.

I'm not one of these people who gets overly attached to the family pet, much less a dog. But Garth Stein's poignant story, written from the dog's point of view, grabbed me from the beginning and had me sobbing out of sadness at the turn of events. Beautifully written.
