Life, on the Line> Inspiring story of the world of top chefs and the rating system of top restaurants in the United States and the World. It is autobiographical and well written. His dedication to his craft and overcoming an almost incurable diagnosis, was a very educational process for me, both in the world of great chefs and alternative medicine for an almost terminal diagnosis..

I really enjoyed the book. The look behind the scene in upscale restaurants was a real eye opener, and Grant\\\'s creativity amazing. It was also inspiring to see what Grant had to overcome to make his dreams come true.
