I really liked this book. It was fascinating to find out about the constraints women lived with and what is was like to live in a boarding house. It is a coming of age and growing up story and a love story. A falling in love s-l-o-w-l-y story. The characters changed and grew. I loved her descriptions of the Tiffany Chapel @ the 1893 World's Fair.
