Suspense is not my genre, so others might like this novel more. I felt the story, although it moves fairly quickly, could have been a bit less predictable, and the character of Marcus, in particular, could have been more deeply developed. Sam and Julia were well-defined. We were lucky enough to have the author, Justin Kramon, at our meeting, and he was very interesting and personable. I'd like to read his first book, Finney, which is not a suspense novel.
