Overall, we liked Moore\\\\\\\'s writing style and narrative voice. However, we felt like the stories were quite depressing and maybe there was a deeper meaning that we were having a hard time understanding. We were curious to see how this book would be read from the vantage point of an older person. As ladies in our 20s, we didn\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t feel like we could relate to the circumstances described in the book.
