I'm giving this one a perfect 10! One of my new personal favorites...

I can't believe how quickly I read (devoured) this book! I'm usually not one to stay up late reading, or get up early, just to continue reading a book... but this one had me from page 1.

I don't know, maybe it's because I, like Amanda, see myself through other people's eyes, and it's always easier to believe the negative, rather than the positive impressions others have of me. It was easy to relate to both Amanda and Simon, both had a hard time believing they were worthy of love. Even after 38 years of marriage to the same wonderful man, it's hard for me to believe he thinks I'm beautiful.

I'm looking forward to reading more books by Lucy Monroe
