This is the story of Cara, a florist, in Savannah. She's a Northerner so she's had to work at getting clients. But Cars isn't just a florist she does many of the duties of a wedding planner s well. Her ideas a creative and she truly cares about her clients. But she's gone through a divorce so she's a little down on the opposite sex, okay, she hates men. Which is bad news since she's just met someone who could be the one.

I think Mary Kay Andrews is at her best when she's describing the people and settings, you can see she has a love of the South and yet doesn't sugar coat the idiosyncrasies. I gave the book four stars and that's probably more my issue than because of the story itself. I was so looking forward to laughing-out-loud as I have in past books by Ms. Andrews and I did find that laugh-out-loud humor was missing, but that doesn't mean I didn't think the book wasn't well written just different than I anticipated
