Great book. I could not put it down. I had to find out how it ended. I thought it was a beautiful heart wrenching story.

Quick read. Very thought provoking about being in between real life and "beyond." and how the main character reflects on her life and whether she should "stay." Easy to read and hard to put down once I started. Some of the "flashbacks" were a little dull compared to what was going on in present time and debating what she should do.

My book club read this book knowing it was geared towards the young adult age group. Unfortunately, I think it is a little too young adult to connect with as an adult reader.

I would have found this book romantic and thought provoking, but unfortunately, the book was a bit shallow and weak. The characters were campy and the "choice" that the main character made lacked conviction and heart.

I would not recommend this book to clubs. It made for poor discussion as the book did not have a lot of depth to it. Quick read and a young read.

Had no idea what the end would be...

This book is inspiring. It was an easy read and I liked how it floated between the "two" of her. (I don't want to give anything away here) The story grew as time went on and you could love all the quirks of her family and friends. And in the end for her, there was not much difference between "family" and "friends" which in most peoples lives this is true.

A touching story told with a unique voice, that begins with a moment that changes everything.

I loved this story. I think it opens the dialogue of what one would do if you were given the opportunity to stay in a life where you know you will face the pain of loss, but you have the hope of love, or if the pain would be too much and you take a chance that the next life will offer a greater love.

It was a very short book that was a bit disappointing. It did not explore several ideas that our book club thought would make for a more intriguing story.
