We loved it - nice change of pace from the dark & heavy war based, sexual abuse, murder, etc that we've read as of late. Perry's message is still serious in nature - her trials are not a joke, but certainly much of them can be identified with by most women. She tells her story in such an irreverant way that we forget her level of true despair. A great, quick read. There was more discussion about this than with "Kite Runner," perhaps because we could relate.

I thought the book was fun and a quick read. The fact that she had to go through a divorce, although sad turns out to be a good thing for her. Our club enjoyed the book overall, and some could relate. We were able to have a great discussion...about growing up, relationships, divorce, etc.

I really enjoyed this book. It was a quick fun read that made you think about life after divorce.
