Our club generally liked the book, with most readers giving it 4+ stars. We liked the twists and turns, and learning about the different tribes and groups in the period, and how each woman responded to situations.

Great discussions came out of this book, an excellent book club book. We talked about families, sisters, dreams, the path of our lives, history, and so much more. The characters are well developed and everyone related to one of them.
