The members of our group are in their 50's & early 60's. We have been together a long time and decided to take a couple of months off to do some personal reflecting. We chose this book because we all were felling that a boost to our self confidences was in order. We had so much fun measuring, talking about our personality types, etc. that we have decided to spend another meeting with the same book. Fun
