I enjoyed the relationship between the granddaughter and grandmother, as well as the supporting characters in the embroidery circle. Interesting to keep me reading and not predictable in determining who did the crime, and some twists that were believable and surprising enough not know the ending. I like not knowing exactly what is going to happen!

I found this first in a series to be extremely well written. It kept me interested from the beginning to the end. I liked it so well that I immediately order the next in the series and am anxious to start it. A great read!
