Most of the book club rated this about a 2.5 - 3 stars saying it was boring, rambled too much and some of the characters just dropped off the page of the book - what happened to them?!? For the success Alexander McCall Smith has for his series, this stand alone wasn't that great. Those that liked it, enjoyed his insight into women's feelings and how we react to certain situations.
