"Poor Hans, a lost soul in NYC!" by vamp1067 (see profile) 09/14/08

I enjoyed this book, particularly the wonderful NYC details, I could almost feel myself there. 9/11 affected and changed our lives forever, but we have all survived. Hans did too.

I couldn't get pass forty pages. Still after forty pages I don't know what the book is really about.

I loved the writing style of this author. He strings words and phrases together beautifully and is very descriptive and creative. Although the info about the game of cricket was a bit boring, the characters, the cultural aspects, and the NYC setting made for a good story. This is probably a novel for people who like literature and literary analysis, as opposed to just a great story.
