Teenagers solve the mystery of Travis' mother's disappearance. Great, fast moving book.

This is a mystery for those (like me) that are not mystery fans. The characters are beautifully drawn and it is well written. No waste here- very well edited. The scenes bring a small town upbringing to life and there is suspense in unexpected places. The author came and spoke to our book club. He told us the book has been shortlisted for the Edgar Allan Poe book award (national and highest award for mystery writers). So- now major publishers are interested in him. If you like to find writers on the verge of national exposure I would highly recommend this book. Our whole club loved it and we are picky. Enjoy!
