Dramatic book. As it was based mostly on a true story it was more appreciated. The last chapter was a little Hollywood and let it down. Otherwise a really enjoyable read.

Beautifully poetic, horrifying story. It was like reading a young person's cursive air-writing from the jump, woven through the plain terror of good adults doing very bad things until they can fight toward the good in themselves. All the while the child works through very real trauma. I could not put this down and loved almost all of it.
