Our entire bookclub really enjoyed this book. As far as the villain of the book, no one really got it until right at the end. It is an easy, fast read and we expect nothing less from Mary Higgins Clark.

In my opinion, no one can keep you guessing like America's Queen of Suspense. I've never really known the killer in any of her books until the very end. I felt one of the people was involved, but was totally surprised about the other one. The book makes you want to hurry and fininsh it so you can read another one by MHC!!

The author kept the reader in suspense as to what happened to "Mack" MacKenzie. I had no clue what the outcome would be and was totally surprised at the ending.

Lots of twists and turns. When you think you have it figured out, there's another turn of events. Great to the end. Loved it.

So many ifs and buts, and twists and turns, I couldn't put it down trying to solve it and seeing who was alive and who wasn't!!!! I am ashamed to say this is my first but WILL NOT be my last Mary Higgins Clark mystery!

Book was okay ... but didn't make for much of a discussion.
