Loved this book from the moment i turned the first page. It was spicy and the story line kept you interested. Just when you thought you knew what was going to happen another twist came into play. Great characters and I highly recommend. good beach reading.

I enjoyed the actual story and found it interesting to watch the different personalities and the good vs. evil struggle playout in the lives of seemingly insignificant people and see the impact of their early childhood decisions on their adult lives. I think Sandra Brown made you feel from complete bliss to total anger and disgust for situations that develop and the twists and turns and the behind the scene plots that are developing that you aren't even aware of until you move further into the book. What a great story teller she is. My book club thoroughly enjoyed this older novel of hers and feel it fit into anyone's desire and love for reading.

This book had such a strong female lead that it made it easy to read. It was a story of true courage and sweet revenge for a wrong doing.
