"13 of 15 Loved this book. It was a little predictable but kept your interest." by cherylynnmartens (see profile) 04/03/07

Our book club read this book and also watched Al Gore's Documentary, "An Inconvenient Truth" to get both sides of the issue of global warming. Most everyone enjoyed the book and it lent itself to a heated discussion. Politics and the media were credited with most of the blame for what is truth or not, although no one said they believed 100% whether which side was correct. This book is a great book for the times in which we live to hopefully help people to make an effort to, as one of our members said "use less stuff". Our book club enjoyed this book and had a great discussion.

Everyone in the club liked this book. We were all intrigued by the premise and surprised by some of the information. It was a page turner; easy read. It provided great material for our discussion.
