Not only was this book interesting and informative about the medical community and medical practices, the overall messages of hope and redemption were inspiring. These messages coupled with the guiding specific steps in making your life better and what you want made this nonfiction book an outstanding and life enhancing read.

It was slow moving. I listened to the book or I will not have finished it. I felt like he talked about himself and his feelings only, what about his family (families). Not my favorite but I did finish it.
