I thought this was a awesome book. It made me think you think you might know a person but they can hide alot.
Well written, kept me hooked. Enjoyed the narrative twist.
When Millie accepts a job working as a housekeeper/nanny for wealthy Nina Winchester, she believes she is going to be able to put her difficult past behind her. Little does she know what really goes on behind closed doors.
This is one of the best psychological thrillers I have read in a very long time. The twists at the ending make this a hard to put down book.
I thought it was going to be like a lot of other books I’ve read because I guessed right away that the wife was normal and the husband was a psycho. But I like the turn it took about halfway through. I didn’t love Millie’s character immediately making herself at home in a married man’s house after like 1 date but I liked her character in the end!
It kept me interested, the introduction was really long and drawn out, however the end/plot twist was good and I feel it could have happened sooner which could have been more suspenseful!!
