Having enjoyed "The Beach House," I was looking forward to this but found it very predictable and unrealistic.

While overall, we consider ourselves to be fans of Jane Green, this one fell short. The events in the book are highly unlikely. Then, it was wrapped up way too quickly and too neatly to be real life. The book wasn't horrible, but it definitely wasn't great either.
