This book is insightful. It is intense and keeps you turning the page. It also forces you to reflect on what is more important money or knowledge and if given the choice what would you choose.
I don't dislike many books but this is one of the worst I have read. I enjoyed his first two books but this was a huge disappointment. I was excited to read the mystery and intrigue set in Washington, DC but it was so poorly written that it was laughable. The main character Robert Langdon was a shadow of himself in the previous novels. He did not carry the story or the book. The other characters were caricatures and no one captured the reader's sympathy or even dislike. They were so unbelievable.
