"Inspiring true story - well written and interesting!" by argoanne (see profile) 08/02/12

I loved this book. The story is incredibly human and personal. It's a little about the issues in Africa, a little about sports, but it is mostly a personal tale from a positive, hard-working individual who came from Sudan, lived in a refugee camp, immigrated to America and became a track star. This is not the story of a victom like so many of these books are! Lopez was able to convey humor and insight throughout his story.
