Based on the description, I wasn't sure I would be able to get into this book. But in no time at all, I was almost 50 pages in. What a delightful surprise. This is a book that will appeal across generations from 10 to 100. This is a story that flows and is full of adventure and characters to admire and some to fear. This is the first in a series of 7 and our group can't wait for #2 to hit the stores!
