This book is a great Gothic novel. You can totally tell this book was writen in a voice of a woman. The evolution of the monster's intelligence is interesting. It's a good discussion book, for the modern day what if?....

I liked this book. Shelley wrote with haunting beauty and humanity. The second read was better than the first.
